Cancellation
Cancellations must be received by October 17, 2001. All cancellations will be charged a $50 administration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 17, 2001. Cancellations must be submitted IN WRITING to the Meeting Office. Bank service charges will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will be given after the meeting.
